We Pay Shipping!

Our standard mode of shipping is UPS Ground.

We pay UPS Ground shipping charges on all products on this site to addresses in the Continental United States.

If you prefer USPS Priority Mail, tell us and we’ll ship Priority for a small surcharge--usually $5.00 for addresses within the Continental United States; call or write for a specific shipping quote. For large items (softeners, chlorinators, etc.), Priority Mail shipping is not available.

If you want enhanced UPS shipping (three-day select, second day air, overnight, etc.), we’ll provide it and charge you only our cost for the service upgrade. Shipping upgrade cost requests are welcome, by phone or email, but you may have to wait a bit for the information.

If you order from Alaska or Hawaii, or from U.S. territories like Guam, the Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico, we’ll ship USPS Priority Mail and there will be a shipping charge of the exact cost of shipping. 

For foreign orders,  we currently ship ONLY TO CANADA AND MEXICO, and we ship USPS Global Express.  The charge is the exact postal charge. Please go to www.pwgazette.com/shipping.htm for details. 

For very small US orders, we often ship regular US Mail.  There is no charge for shipping. 

Our normal practice is to ship the day your order is received, or the following day on orders that arrive after 2:00 PM Central Time.
