We will ship any of our products (big and small) for free via UPS Ground service to the Continental United States. Some small items (fittings, tubing, adapters) are shipped via USPS first class mail in padded envelopes for no charge. This is cheaper for us and typically faster. If there is an issue with your address please contact us to ensure the correct shipping method.

UPS 3 day select, 2nd day air and Next Day air are all available for any shipment. We charge the actual shipping price - minus the UPS ground price. Please contact us when you place your order so we can ensure expedited processing for your shipment. Most items can be shipped the same day in this case with some exceptions. Please call if in doubt.

Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping to either location. For all orders actual shipping charges will be applied to these shipments. In most cases USPS Priority Mail is faster and cheaper to these locations.

Priority mail is available on most small and medium sized packages (no large filters or softeners) to any valid USPS postal address. This includes the continental United States, APO and military bases, Alaska and Hawaii. We charge a flat rate of $12.00 for shipments in the Continental United States. Shipments to Alasaka, Hawaii & U.S. Protectorates are subject to actual shipping charges.

We ship only USPS “Priority Mail International” rate to Canada. This is a reliable and reasonably fast system that gets the product to you quickly and spares us the grief of lengthy searches for lost products. Delivery is usually within 6 to 10 days. We do not pay for, nor are we responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred for the shipment. If UPS shipping is preferred, please contact us when you place the order.

We do not typically ship orders abroad except to Canada. If you would like to arrange shipment pickup with a 3rd party shipper please contact us to set up arrangements.
