Replacements for Omnipure Q Series Units

Important note: We stock only 12" Q Series cartridges because they seem most economical and most effective to us. If you have a filter that uses 10" or 8"cartridges, you can replace with 12".

One cap size fits all Q Series cartridges. If you want your original size, we can usually get it for you in about four days, so don’t hesitate to call if you need a Q Series filter that isn't in the list below.

FC901	Omnipure Part Number: Q5621 12" CTO-grade encapsulated 10-micron carbon block. Manufacturer’s Recommended Life: 3000 gallons or 1 year. Suggested Use: Undersink filter, refrigerator filter, or pre or post filter for reverse osmosis unit. Works best with relatively sediment-free water. Sediment can shorten lifespan.	$36
FC900	Omnipure Part Number: Q5633 12" GAC loose-fill encapsulated carbon filter. This is an excellent all-around taste/odor cartridge that removes chlorine and chemicals and works great with reverse osmosis units or as a refrigerator filter. Manufacturer’s Recommended Life: 2500 gallons or 1 year. Suggested Use: RO pre or post filter, undersink filters, refrigerator filters.	$28
FC902	Omnipure Part Number: Q5640 12" GAC loose-fill encapsulated coconut shell carbon filter. This is an excellent all-around taste/odor cartridge that removes chlorine and chemicals and works great with reverse osmosis units or as a refrigerator filter. Coconut shell carbon is know as a superior chloramine and VOC reducer as well as a producer of especially good tasting water. This is the standard filter for our Q 36 RO units, though many other cartridges on this page can be substituted. Manufacturer’s Recommended Life: 2500 gallons or 1 year. Suggested Use: RO pre or post filter, undersink filters, refrigerator filters.	$29
FC904	Omnipure Part Number: Q5605 12" Encapsulated Sediment Filter. 5 micron. Manufacturer’s Recommended Life: 1 year. Suggested Use: Prefilter for reverse osmosis, undersink filter, or anywhere protection against sediment is needed. This is the prefilter for our Q 36 Series Reverse Osmosis units.	$28
FC906	Omnipure Part Number: Q5655 12" Deionizing cartridge. A cartridge filled with DI resin for situations (labs, etc.) where absolute zero total dissolved solids is required. It works best as a post-RO filter where solids have already been reduced. Manufacturer’s Recommended Life: 1 year or 256 Grains. Suggested Use: RO polishing filter to attain laboratory grade water. Anywhere a small amount of very high quality water is needed.	$28
FC903	Omnipure Part Number: Q5615 12" Carbon block with lead removal resin. Requires pre-filter (sediment) if water is not clean. Manufacturer’s Recommended Life: 1500 gallons or 1 year. Suggested Use: Undersink filter, countertop filter or refrigerator filter. Not recommended for RO units.	$37
FC905	Omnipure Part Number: Q5686 12" GAC/Phosphate cartridge. A great refrigerator filter. Removes chemicals, improves taste/odor, and protects the refrigerator from scale build up. Manufacturer’s Recommended Life: 6 months or 2000 gallons. Suggested Use: As a refrigerator filter, or to protect any appliance from scale build up.	$27
